So you ask yourself What is a chakra?
A chakra (pronounced “cha”-“kruh”) is a center of energy. Translated from Sanskrit from the ancient Hindu Vedas, chakra means “wheel” by association with its function as a vortex of spinning energy. There are 7 major points of intersection for the flow of this energy running down the midline of our body, from the base of the spine to the crown of the head. These points are the chakras and they correspond to both our organs and our states of being.
Chakras are energy centers within the human body that help to regulate all its processes from organ function through the immune system and expressing itself finally through the emotions. Each chakra has its own vibrational frequency that is depicted through a specific chakra color and it governs specific functions that help make you...you. : )
For those unfamiliar with the chakra system, it may seem mystical, even abstract. In reality, however, the chakras are a very natural part of our life. If you are struggling in a particular area, typically you will find the chakra related to that problem is misaligned or expressing its low energy. When you actively work to heal that chakra, you can address your personal issues on an energetic level, both gaining insight into your struggle at hand and healing it from the inside, out.
The chakras respond to what you see, say, and think. You can heal and balance each of your chakras with healing words, images, affirmations, movements, and meditations.
My goal is to help you live your best life by guiding you to heal your chakras and, in turn, keep your energy flowing as it should - naturally and unabated.
Our chakras are operating every moment of our lives - vibrating, cleansing, leading, and clearing the way for becoming.
So let me ask you:
* What traumas have affected you in a lasting way?
* What blockages are you experiencing in life?
* What would realignment do for you?
* What does life look like when those obstacles are removed?
