Infinity Wellness and Yoga Studio grew out of a lifelong pursuit of freedom. Between the average western diet, 50 hour work weeks, and ever increasing family and social demands, very few of us have the space and time we need to connect our spirit and our body with the inner peace we need to feel whole and achieve our highest good. For so many, flexibility has become a distant memory.
